Servicing the NKY / Cincinnati Area

FAQ
Q: Are you a new business?
A: Yes! I've been rescuing and repairing machines for years, and now I'm ready to offer my services to the public.
Q: You don't have a store. How does this work?
A: I am a mobile business, so we have a few options.
1) We can meet in an agreed upon place, and after filling out a form and chatting about your machine I'll take it home, service it, and meet you again when it's finished.
2) I can pick it up, and return it to, your house.
3) Under special circumstances (such as treadle machines) I'll consider working on the machine in your home. Contact me and let's see what we can work out.
Q: Does it cost anything to have you come to my house?
A: Not right now. In the future I will probably have to charge a small fee though.
Q: Your prices seem a bit low.
A: I'm keeping my prices low for now to compensate for my slightly slower turnaround times and because I lack the experience of the big shops.
Q: Are you going to "quote" me a price and then secretly charge me all kind of hidden fees?
A: Nope. My base prices are set, and if the machine really needs it I may add a $15 chemical clean fee. Other than that, I won't add on so much as a dime without asking you first. If I discover a broken part or an extensive repair I'll let you know if I'm able to fix it and what it will cost. If you agree, I'll proceed. And if I can't fix it, I'll let you know.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes I am
Q: You haven't been open long enough to have "frequently asked" questions. Did you just make these up?
A: Yes. yes I did.
